Bay of Fires Walk launches new spa

Founding Great Walks of Australia member, The Bay of Fires Lodge Walk in northern Tasmania, will offer guests some well-earned rest and relaxation when the new walking season starts again in October with the opening of a new spa.

The award-winning four-day, three-night Bay of Fires Lodge Walk follows Tasmania’s pristine north east coastline through the Bay of Fires Conservation Area. The walk enables visitors to experience some of Australia’s most distinctive flora and fauna in one of the most picturesque places on earth.

From October 2013, guests taking the walk will spend the second two nights at the iconic Bay of Fires Lodge. The Spa will be located in an idyllic setting adjacent to the main Lodge building, which is spectacularly located on a hilltop 40 metres above the ocean.

It will offer breathtaking views with an outdoor deck and inside lounging spaces, extensive wellness and wilderness library, and a small spa boutique.  Bay of Fires Lodge Walk have constructed dedicated bathing and spa pavilions to ensure privacy for the bath and body treatments.
